Our team of around 40 turns seed, hardwood cuttings and layers into healthy rootstocks – from the field through grading to dispatch all over Europe.

We are a third-generation family business in Dülmen-Hiddingsel: short decision paths, people you know by name, and work whose results you can see at the end of every season. Most people who join us stay for many years.

Current vacancies

We regularly recruit for the roles below. All positions are based at our nursery in Dülmen-Hiddingsel.

  • Nursery worker / skilled nursery hand (m/f/d)

    • Full-time
    • Permanent
    • Dülmen-Hiddingsel

    You will work on propagating and growing our rootstocks for fruit trees, roses and ornamental trees – from sowing, hardwood cuttings and stoolbeds through to lifting.

    What we are looking for: a qualification in horticulture or agriculture, or relevant practical experience; you enjoy working outdoors and hold a category B driving licence (a tractor licence is an advantage).

  • Grading & dispatch operative (m/f/d)

    • Seasonal
    • Autumn to spring
    • Dülmen-Hiddingsel

    During the lifting season you will help our team grade and bundle plants, put them into cold store and pick orders for dispatch.

    What we are looking for: care, team spirit and reliability – experience is welcome but not essential, as we provide full training.

  • Apprenticeship in nursery production (m/f/d)

    • Apprenticeship
    • Starts 1 August each year
    • Dülmen-Hiddingsel

    A three-year apprenticeship at a specialist production nursery: you will learn propagation, crop management, plant protection, grading and dispatch from the ground up.

    What we are looking for: a school-leaving certificate (at least Hauptschulabschluss or equivalent), an interest in plants and machinery, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weathers.
